Each class will build onto the next as we use traditional yoga postures, breath practice and gentle movements to invite space and fluidity into our body. This class is suitable for all levels of practice

STUDIO RENTAL
Borealis Living Studio is open to those looking for a space in the woods to host workshops, mini retreats, meetings or group sessions. The studio space is aprox. 28' x 32' with a bathroom and a small gathering space on the main floor. Yoga supplies, chairs, tables, sauna and fire pit are available for use
We will help you design the perfect day in the woods for you and your clients!
